I read it again and again, like "I didn't say that" or "thats not how it happened". Also, the kids in the back seat were both 13 years old, not younger like I thought. My mistake. The name and DOB of the minors in the back seat are noted, but not the other woman. Its driving me crazy. And, how the fuck can the officer state one way or the other what happened there? He didn't see it, there is no supporting evidence either way, its just word against word. I gotta look to cover my ass now because this fucking guy is gonna feel sorry for "the female in the four-door who got hit by the big mean guy in the Mustang." And even if her passengers made a statement, they are biased witnesses. You can tell he knew who he was going to side with from the beginning. He didn't even write down my statement accurately. I sent a statement of corrections with the accident report to my agent, and called her to let her know of my concerns. They got my back, which I truly appreciate.
