Krakin
http://www.sagernotebook.com/ Check those... they are gaming and high end laptops at good prices... Not too bad for this one. Fits all categories and less than $1500 http://www.sagernotebook.com/index.php?page=category_browse&selected_cat=special&mid=NP8270 Anything higher goes into dual gpu's. Would be nice if you're a big gamer. I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself but what has drawn your attention in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears, thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener. KiKaZz74
For engineering would ot be worth doing a quadro card on the sager one? Or stick geforce /raedon.cards? You can also customize the Sager's with the Quadro cards, which will be great for work applications, but not as great for gaming, but the 770m/780m should do fine for workstation stuff, but still be great for gaming ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ CaptainzPlanetz
After looking at it, I think you would be better off with a 770m/780m, you would only get like 15-20fps on ultra on world of tanks, but will get much higher framerate with the other two listed. The trade off is not having the same level of support/drivers for business applications ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ I somewhat agree, but I am willing to pay the "extra" for the simplicity and design of them. They're so damn simple and clean looking compared to a lot of other PC's and laptops. Ever since the new Intel processors, they can run Windows too (I'm sure you knew that..) which is how I run Solidworks. E34 540iT/
