WaTTsLOk187
1. Nope. Eliminates the purpose of using a nail gun LOL. 2. I use 1 5/8 inch slight head brad nails from harbor freight. 3. Just space them out. You'll be able to see if you need more. Just make the call. 4. Never used an electric gun before. I shoot brads on 90-100 psi. And staples for upholstery in the 80psi range. 96 Impala SS Memphis 2000D, Memphis ST-3004, MB Quart RAA-2400, Custom PSI Tc9 12 's Ascendant Audio Poly Mids and Vifa XT25 tweets Active 97 RCSB Silverado 3way Crystal Comps, ID10 ported, Off a US acoustics 4085

john253a
I use t-nails, the guns and nails are cheaper and there stocked everywhere, I also like to 45 all my joins when I use them (unless im double layering the box) so as I can nail from both side so the walls can't be pulled apart, as they don't pull and hold like screws do, 1.5" x 1/16" is what I normally use at 120-140psi How close together about every 0.5-0.75"

Hunters21w
I use 18g 1.5" brads on an air finishing nailer. Space out roughly 4". No need for pre-drilling. Works great. 06 Police TahoeHU- Pioneer 80prsAmp- Crossfire 8kSub- 4 15" Crossfire xs v2sWire- 1/0 Knu/AudiotechnixAlt- 3 Mechman SMD 340sBatts- 6 XS Power 3100s, 2400
