sprkn_ranger
Yea that's a big undertaking. I would imagine you are going to want to weld box tubing around the whole inside perimeter of the cab with a couple cross braces to adequately support it. Although I've never done one myself, I have seen some mini trucks supported this way for walk throughs. Check out my build log! 4 Havocs in a blowthrough http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/187506-sprkn-rangers-blowthrough-build/
smokinwiz
Yes full walk through anyone have pictures? My only concern is the cab flexing and shifting differently than the bed accordian boot is already waiting just. Wanted to check my options
n8ball2013
You will basically have to stop that by reinforcing the bed to the cab or factoring that into your build. Thsts why we asked if you could weld THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger. White Lightning
I'd highly suggest (unless you have a pocket full of money) to stay below the window line ... With the short shelf lives of full cut thru truck not being that great, you might would have better luck trading your truck for and SUV with stronger bracing ... john253a
when they do them over here, they require a full roll cage (or rops) fitted and braced brach back to cabin, in my option its cheaper and safer to get an suv, or 4door truck
