Now the real question is, does the community think that 150+ is achievable with this? Also, what box type should I use? 4th order, 6th order, or a ported enclosure? (Keep in mind the amount of space I have is limited. I can use most of the trunk and the entire back seat area.) The recommended amount is 10-16 cubic feet and I'm not so sure how much of that I should utilize. TeamHT Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 We had two AQ HDC3 18"s walled in an impala. On 1,000 watts, yep 500 apiece did a 149.3 sealed on the dash. We never metered but on 3,000 watts really came alive and did hair tricks. So I say it is definitely possible. I would wall them and why not a single 5,000 watt amp?
