If your asking about DC, then yes they have 18s. But you said your brother wouldn't want to spend to much so I didn't think he would go with an 18. I still have 2 brand new that i have not opened if you want to make a offer you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be. Even if its the same model as on the video it could sound better or worse. x2 different strokes oops i mean different subs different folks. personal preference. you always get what you pay for. keep that in mind.
