amp not drawing enough amperage

So I have a AB 750.1 @.5 ohm

My voltage drop is about 13.5-13.6 at the back batteries at my peak frequency. Everything else stays around 14v full tilt. my voltage meter is calibrated and accurate.

My electrical consists of a dc 180 amp alt, 2 stinger spv 44's, and a kinetic 1800. 2 runs positive and no dedicated neg runs.

Am I crazy or should I be dropping more? I remember my crunch 3000d at a quarter ohm would give me more voltage drop than this amp. But then again I only had one battery in the back and one run of positive..

Anyways, help me out guys!

Have you clamped output? Maybe you're not wired to half like you think or rise is just keeping your setup safe.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

On a 7,500 watt amp with a 180 amp alternator and three batteries...yeah, no difference in voltage should be evaluated.

Complain because im not dropping LOW ENOUGH.

is it loud?

The amp gets warm to the touch. So I know it's not backed off THAT much.

Checked with my pos multimeter and my impedance is exactly .5 at the amp after checking the resistance of the leads.

And no, I'm not complaining, I'm concerned.

Edit -Yes, it's quite loud. Last time I got it on the meter it did a 49.9 at 38. Score is higher now after a lot of changes though.

Also forgot to mention I'm dropping from a resting voltage of 15v. So there is about 1.4v of drop. Little less sometimes depending on the temperature outside.
