BAMF 5500.1

Basically I have 2 Re SX 18 D4 on 1 BAMF 5500.1 but I went ahead and ordered another.. I heard different things on strapping or running one sub per amp.. what would be the best in this scenario.. personally im leaning twoard one sub per amp but looking forward to all opinions.

Not really the question I was asking. And for the price I rather like them. They do what I need. But more or less wanting to know opinions on strapping or 1 sub per amp.

strapping or not will yield same results or same power, strapping is just ease for the user.

These clamped only pulling around 1800-2000k depending on strong eletronics. Ive seen more power from jl 500.

Heres your options:

One amp per sub

Strap them (dunno if it even can)

Sell em for good amps

dear God, can someone ask a question on this forum without members telling them to sell their equipement? Just because it doesn't meet your standards doesn't mean everyone else has to follow it, let the man use the amps he wants, answer his damn question instead of going off about blah blah blah amps don't make power, like he said if they do what he needs what's the big deal? But yes op, typically strapping amps is better for tuning purposes.

probably because strapping at 4 ohm is a waste and I highly doubt those amps would like to be strapped at 1ohm

For the price it does not seem bad even if it only does 1800. Will I buy it no but that's just me. And I would strap it as some one said its easer for the user to strap if IF they are able to
