There really is no best but there is a ton of drivers under that price that kick ass. How are you going to use them? I only have experience with the MMAT's and Crescendo PWX PA speakers. Both are great. Very warm and crisp imo. I know it's not a home audio environment but they sound good enough that I enjoy listening to them daily. Look at what sq really means by definition and I will show you a dozen PA drivers in different sizes that will meet and exceed the criteria.
