mounting speakers without screws?

Recommended Posts

Plenty of room to drill holes there. I would notch out the plastic lip there too so the speaker sits flush, as well.

It does sit flush with the second ring on there. It goes adapter ---> mounting ring ----> speaker.

What the f**k is an appropriate signature supposed to look like?

You could always get custom speaker rings. Or use long screws and drill into the plastic where it mounts to the door

I'm just seeing what I can do with what's laying around the house for now. Worst comes to worse, I can just make some speaker rings at my dad's (he has my router)

Fuck the Mickey Mouse shit and do it right the first time. It'll save you headaches I the future and most likely sound better too

Broke college kids have the money for experimenting more than they do for getting it right the first time (; I'm trying to McGuyver it.....it's only a temp setup anyways, so it's no big deal to me. All the right pieces will be acquired in time.
