Tribe Called Bass Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 I'm in desperate need of some 6.5's, and I was going to get a pair of t3's...but the damn things are too deep for my stock door panels. Anyone know a good pair of shallow 6.5's?
DubNDodge Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 These are decent. There are probably better ones out there, but you get what you pay for I had shallow mounting depth as well, these barely fit. Had to add some spacers so the motor wouldn't rub on the window. bcbrassard Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 Make your door pods bigger or deeper to accept the mids you want.

CleanSierra Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 Consider maybe a PA mid or a mid that has a neo motor. A lot of time neos will be a smaller magnet and more shallow than other comparable ferrite motor speakers. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
