I'm almost always on mobile theme with safari on my iphone. If it was a public site without log ins, the data would be small enough that CloudFlare would keep up. After I get those I start getting slow typing and when I click the next button in a topic. It goes back to the error or I have to refresh the page a time or two. The "request size" that they're talking about isn't the amount of requests but rather the request headers. There is either a cookie issue or the forum is returning a response that isn't 200. Cloudflare is a reverse proxy and there is nothing that is causing redirects or that would overwhelm their network. There is some software mis-communicating with Cloudflare.
