About a year ago I took 2 12" power acoustic mofos and made one sub. I took the magnet and the motor off of one and j b welded it to the other motor and magnet. I had to wind my own voice coil so it would work. After I was done hooked up to 2 boss 5000w amps. And shattered my back and all my side windows came to this thread to recommend soundqubed and ct sounds. OP goes with soundstream. oh lawd.

Then I can take the 4 18" I have and get 2 more to do a clamshell in a cherokee or expedition. The transmission went out in my old one last summer. Hertz don't it Posted October 16, 2013 Report Posted October 16, 2013 Planning on building a wall in a truck I have not even bought yet ( my dads 2006 Nissan Frontier. Was tihnking of going with some RE subs but changed my mind to go with some FI Q 15's. Was thinking of using some Hifonics but looking at what people have had to say about them, I am instead going with some CT amps.
