It takes at least 300k to do a subwoofer or amplifier business. But smart people like Koenigsegg built his Supercar business from scraps and deals he got from people on the internet for car parts and advice. If it was me, I'd use 20k to get my car situation perfect because I have an older ish car, and then use the rest on rental properties. I've seen many people live great lives by managing rentals themselves. You only have to put down a percentage of that in cash. 9 times out of 10 with 100k you can start almost any type of fast food chain more so depends on where its located and what the land is worth in the area.
