matt14 Posted April 17, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 17, 2015 PLAYOFFS FUCKERS!!!!! Who you liking this post season. Im looking forward toward the Rockets/Mavericks series. I kinda feel that James Harden will show up, but not to the caliber that he has been this season. FG% will go down some, and wont be getting the calls he does in the regular season. Howard will cost them 2 games himself, with the lack of free throw shooting or just dumb Dwight Howard fouls. The clippers/spurs match up could get interesting. They always say the game " slows down" in the post season, and that is why a lot of analyst and commentaters cant go with the Warriors. But what makes the Clippers any different? Blake does not play in the post like he should. He seems to settle for a lot of jumpshots now. Playing in the post to me means back to the basket, using footwork and body work to get the baskets. When he's in the post, it seems like he trys to get close to dunk it or draw the foul. D'andre Jordan has no offensive game except lobs and putbacks. My prediction on this series.... Spurs in 5, MAYBE 6 Now obviously im going with my Warriors. Although I think that Anthony Davis ( who is a BEAST!!!) can pose problems to Bogut ( with speed and agility) and Draymond Green ( with pure height and length), the rest of the team will be able to contain the rest of the Pelicans. Green has played him well this season though. Draymond also draws Davis ( excellent shot blocker) to the 3pt line and that can leave the paint more open for layups and dunks. Warriors in 5 ( giving pelicans 1 at home). All the other series are really in my book easy to pick. EAST: 1. Hawks vs 8.Nets......Hawks in 6 2. Cavs vs 7. Celtics.. Cavs sweep 3. Bulls vs 6.Bucks.. Although we were up by 25, they had a ton of easy layups early in the game that will not happen normally in the post season. Barnes was hitting early, but they went away from that. I feel that we should get someone other then steph going and try and ride them...i.e Klay or Barnes. Barnes had like 10 in the 1st half and nothing else till the last Free throws of the game. They played Davis well. But need to defend the others better. Bench was a disappointment . Old man Duncan was a beast. How do you non warrior fans feel about the regular season awards so far? I know that Coach Kerr inherited a great team, but to improve on a 51 win team to 67 wins and in the beast they call the western conference, and not get rhe nod for coach of the year? Also Draymond green did not get DPOY. Leonard is a beast, but Green has been there the whole season while guarding 1-5 on any given night.
