Just be glad you didn't pull the seat and find out it was a flood car. Had 2 guys at work buy "used" cars and they had rusty bolts on the engine and sand under the carpet. Lol. Asked them if they checked the car fax. Both said nope. Lol. Anyways. Great car!!! Watching this build for sure!

man, that soda is eating away at that seat cushion. Definitely coke lol.

idk what the shit it is lol maybe its mold? maybe its asbestos? if i die of mesothelioma we'll know what caused it.

Could be fungi, but I bet it's just coloration from the soda. If it's coke, which presumably it might be. then it would make sense.

Coke can dissolve an entire golf ball in a few days. That's why it's so bad for your teeth. It's actually extremely acidic, which is why some people believe it to be a home remedy for stomach aches too.

Well whatever it is it wasn't recently spilt as it is dry now. I was considering treating it to prevent any spreading of mold but I was under the impression that mold requires moisture to grow

Oh if it's dry and doesn't smell then it's probably nothing. The soda has probably lost it's acidity by now, and shouldn't get any worse than that.

Fucking love Alan you goddamned fucking super nerd lol

When Alan uses big words I don't understand

It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out.

Everytime I see a guy driving a mini cooper I cant help but think he loves cock & (2/29/16)-My wife just bitched at me about throwing out things we don't really use. My response of well we don't really use your vagina so should we throw that out was evidently not the right response. I had to leave the room.

I missed Alan.

RIP 5/29/15 - I love you son.

Welllll I got my latest piece in the mail… the XS Power D3400. Finally got the think running after two weeks of no battery. Check out this custom battery mount bracket, top notch install right there - complete with a tie down strap, a 2x4, and yes a crudely cut piece of pvc piping to prevent any forward/backward movement lol

Looks about right haha. You can probably just buy a new batt. strap

Yeah Im gonna go to interstate batteries and see what they have. The stock one has a strap that goes horizontally around the side but still doesn't hold it that secure and the piece that bolts down the "foot" of the stock battery doesn't really do anything anymore so I'll have to find some other solution.

early acoustic testing lol

got about 80% coverage of the trunk. Im thinking about applying a little bit of MLV as well to the trunk lid.
