Marshey
Cutting earths to length and crimping terminals on. Was starting on the positive then remembered i better sort out the engine bay so the runs dont arc to the car chassis. At the moment that was temporary just to give me power to get home. Theres a bit of perspex under the block so it dont contact the car. Im going to fix the perspex to the original battery tray mounting points then stick buss bar to perspex. Only managed to get one positive done then had to call it a night. 2004 Renault Megane Pioneer AVH-4400BT 5 XS Power D3100 2 Renault 210a Alternator 1 Hertz 15k Spl Monster 2 RF T600-4 16 RF T162s 6.5" Mids 16 RF T1T 1.1" Tweeters 4 FI SP4 18" D2 subs Peak: 155.0 @ 31hz 40hz: 154.4 33hz: 154.6 25hz: 154.0 20hz: 152.5 Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/178428-renault-megane-4-fi-sp4-18s-walled-12k-457-pics-termlab-scores/

Marshey
Didnt take as many pictures today as i was trying to get as much done as i can. Also i dont like picking up phone with all glue or expanding foam on my hands. 2" slab of rockwall Using it to fill the void under the floor. I hate this stuff makes you so itchy. Used gripfill on the front and back where the board will actually touch the car. Foamed everywhere else so it sticks and less voids. I missed the pictures of the back and second floor layer but i used pu glue to stick boards together. Made some quick supports just to hold it up square while the glue sets. Had to sort out front engine bay so gave this a quick spray. The two bug holes in it are for the bolts that go into the factory battery tray. I just used double sided tape to stick the buss bar to this but it hasnt really held so going to use glue next time. 2004 Renault Megane Pioneer AVH-4400BT 5 XS Power D3100 2 Renault 210a Alternator 1 Hertz 15k Spl Monster 2 RF T600-4 16 RF T162s 6.5" Mids 16 RF T1T 1.1" Tweeters 4 FI SP4 18" D2 subs Peak: 155.0 @ 31hz 40hz: 154.4 33hz: 154.6 25hz: 154.0 20hz: 152.5 Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/178428-renault-megane-4-fi-sp4-18s-walled-12k-457-pics-termlab-scores/
