michigancapri92 Posted November 13, 2013 Report Posted November 13, 2013 knukonceptz has fairly priced deadener but take it from me someone who has used cheap deadener ... save up your money and get a good quality product ... during the holiday season ESP. black Friday im sure second skin is going to have some amazing deals ... second skin has sales ALL THE TIME ... save up your money and get something good ... side note i have been told that knukonceptz is really good not a cheap deadener so if you REALLY cant afford/ want to pay the price for second skin that would be my second choice ... not a cheap alternative ... its a waste of time and you will regret it when your taking it all off because its falling off or not doing as good as you though it would. OrzechNJ Posted November 13, 2013 Report Posted November 13, 2013 weather stripping foam all the way around the trunk will help for sure.. sometimes Loud is NOT pretty Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.
DubNDodge Posted November 13, 2013 Report Posted November 13, 2013 weather stripping foam all the way around the trunk will help for sure.. I think he is having problems with the trunk bracing rattling against the sheet metal. OP your best bet would be to fill those void areas behind the bracing with great stuff foam and then deaden it with deadener '01 Dodge Stratass Sealed Trunk Build Log 2008 Honda Fit Sport Build Log On 10/3/2013 at 10:00 AM, ROLEXrifleman said: Anyone who says they knew everything they wanted out of life at 19 can go suck a bag of dicks cause they are lying to themselves or brought up in a cult.

Pioneerchuck Posted November 14, 2013 Report Posted November 14, 2013 I use both the KnuKonceptz and the Crescendo MurderMat in my F150 and they are almost equally the same. I would even go as far as to put money on it. But I love both of them, very easy to apply, relatively cheap, and definitely helps with rattle. My back wall barely flexes at all now that ive got some deadener on it.
