EricR
To clarify. 4 runs of pos and neg coming in on driver side. 5 runs of pos and neg going to amps on pass side. The reason it may look weird is because the wires on the pos bar are hidden behind the batts i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? jdshott
You ever get a chance to hear this thing , it is wild . my son was standing next to it and was amazed by his short hair moving Check out the texas heat wave thread in car shows for vids of Eric's suburban flexxxxin and a Nasty hair trick!!! No 1 But me paid for this stuff and NO FREEBIES so no brand names (No Free Advertisement ) A SQ head unit 6 5.25 2 X 6x9s 7804 P400.4 4001D 1 34s (Maybe time to change brand) 4 X 15" s !/0 @ 2/0 OFC Wiring :morepower1: :morepower1: ill say it like i always say it. F##K the DD-1. I don't care if you or anyone buys one. (well i do, but that isn't my point) Get an O-scope in the very minimum and learn how to use it or you are just guessing your settings like every other noob. once you master the O-scope then step up to a DD-1 or even better a DD-1 Plus. Swordlordboy1234
Eric, this thing is coming along big time. Get that voltage right and this might be one of those builds that will go down in the history books. This thing was MEAN on music. Played lows so clean and loud. Not sloppy lows like I've seen others hit. On that note.... All of team pressured lows at heatwave had some nasty rides. I'll have some vids for you a little later Eric My old YouTube channel : http://www.youtube.com/user/SwordLords1234?feature=mhee My old build log : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/161872-96-accord-b2-sundown-sky-high-dc-power-re-re-build-for-heatwave/page-37 My New Build - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/207041-2016-mazda-6-sql-build/ 2016 Mazda 6 Touring JL Fix 86 - OEM signal correction B2 prototype DSP 6to8 B2 Ref63 - 3 way active set 2 B2 Class H quattro's 1 B2 Zero.5R @.5 2 B2 HNv3 12 d2 B2 SLIP40 - Lithium in the trunk Northstar Group 35 under the hood 100ft 2/0 welding cable 30ft 4ga welding cable 20ft 8ga welding cable All stinger OFC speaker wire Soundrive custom RCA's Tons of attention to detail....
