DubNDodge
I have learned from people on her that they are not very efficient and power hungry . This. Spend little more money and get a efficient amp that does rated. /thread '01 Dodge Stratass Sealed Trunk Build Log 2008 Honda Fit Sport Build Log On 10/3/2013 at 10:00 AM, ROLEXrifleman said: Anyone who says they knew everything they wanted out of life at 19 can go suck a bag of dicks cause they are lying to themselves or brought up in a cult. poorfish88
<0.1% distortion hmm how much, well lets wire it down to make power and more distortion does 2100 rms @ 1 ohm. How much of that do you suppose is distortion? Did you know that rating is at 4 ohms 700 rms and it has greater than 0.1% distortion hmmm this is for the brz-2100 it has more than 70 watts rms of f****** distortion at 4ohms .1% of 700 is more than 70? Very interesting. BTW Sundown, DC, DD, and pretty much every other amp manufacturer rates their amps <.1% THD @ 4 Ohms just like Hifonics lol. The below chart is copied off Sundown's website. Notice how the lil < points teh same way as the Hifonics? That means that THD is < (Less than) .1% not greater than .1% rofl.... not to mention that .1% of 700 is .7 not 70.... I am not going to bash you because we all make mistakes.. but damn... looks some shit up and do a comparison before you get excited like that. Sundown no doubt makes a better amp. But the THD is rated the same. ROFL Just noticed you run a SK-2500... Skaraudio quoted me $799.99 for that and it shares the same THD rating as my amp. I tryed reading the 2 second line of this post.... Ha ha ha stfu Are you saying that the SAZ2500 is not rated <.1% THD? Lulz at you then. I love how people talk shit about numbers, then try to disregard them when things don't go their way. Sundown doesn't make a mono amp that ISN'T rated at <.1% THD. Nor do most other manufacturers that I have seen. Great post BTW.. you brought a lot to the discussion And it is tried not tryed.. If you are gonna try to make someone look/feel stupid, at least check your spelling tough guy. And again.. I am not saying Hifonics is the shit, or even on par with the "good" amps out there. But if you have $250 and only $250 to spend on an amp. It puts out more power than most amps you will find. 2006 Scion xB 2 Sundown SA12D2 Ported at 32hz 147 on non termlab (140-142 on TL) Currently in a walled 4th @ 50hz (not metered yet) Hifonics brz2100 Alpine Type-S Components Kicker 300.2 Big 3 / Skyhigh 1/0 cca Optima Blue Top 3 e8s ported at 32hz 135.1 sealed on dash @ 56hz 135.0 outlaw (I must have chosen song poorly lol) Build log 'Brandon15zzz', on 09 May 2012 - 3:13 PM, said: May have been clipping but none fucks were givin.
