I asked for a prepaid shipping label which they did. Only thing is that they said that they will take that out of my restocking fee??? IDK and IDC because I just want to recoup as much as I can out of this. I spent 119 on the sub ( didn't get it on discount) and then paid 22 bucks to send the first one back. I did get store credit which I used on Deadener just to spend it. They are going to work just fine but when I opened the package there were two left sided ones. Fuck I just cant win at this. So instead of a right and left I got two lefts. I sent them an email, called and left a message and messaged them through ebay. Hopefully they will step up and send out a new SET of adapters. I also sent soundqubed an email saying that I don't want to give up on them. I have had absolutely no problems with any of the other equipment I have bought and ran from them. I asked that if they find another manufacture defect in the 8 inch sub that I would consider exchanging it for a HDS210. They are about 15 bucks cheaper than the 8 but said that we could be even and it was up to them to make the decision. I am going to end up selling this sub to my brother but I don't want to sell him a fucked up sub. We will see what they do. I guess they took about 5-6 off the shelf and opened them. Half were right hand and half were left and then some had both.
