P4killer_ Posted February 10, 2014 Report Share Posted February 10, 2014 Blew an xfl during testing.. turned the gain a tiny bit too far lol i was stupid trying to push it as far as itd go on the meter until it stopped scoring higher. amp took a poop blew the sub. I thought I just blew the sub from too much power clipping w.e Swapped it out for a spare cvr 12. Blew it in less than5 sec of turning amp on.. straight dc output to the sub... it was then I found out the amp was the problem. Iirc I took out a power acoustik fubar 12 somehow but idk how... it took my sundown 3k at 2 ohms fine for the longest time... I could let em play alllll day long full tilt decaf and they didnt even get warm. I only paid 50 each.. Not like the holy grail but would walk all over some kickers for sure.
