don't have the pic any more plus cant load It, but there was a guy around my area in Albany NY who had a black pontiac grand am with a wall for back seats 2 jl w7 13.5 on 20,000w rms and i know for a fact they lasted longer then 6months. it was his daily driver( well he drove it allot) not a burb car. i remember hearing pink Floyd the wall in it! wow! the last comp i seen him at he hit a 170.6 with his front seats removed. i don't care if you don't believe me i saw it i was in it,even had a chance to buy the whole car for 9gs. to date that was the loudest car I've personally sat in.it fucking hurt to be in there! i mean hurt my feet started to hurt from the floor vibrating so much

There's a guy on the OCN forum, I can link it, that has a blue Mazdaspeed6 hatch with two XFL 15's on a 450.1 lol. Good friend of Randen and Singer and them, from what it seems. Runs a sweet Singer h/o alt.

The A Team put a XL on like 34k+

DC 18 modded XL SPL motor:

157.2 dB on 27.3 watts

172.4 dB on 1355 watts

175.1 dB on 3051 watts

177.3 dB on 6976 watts this is the closest matched power to testing the DD9918z which did 177.2 on 7777 watts.

178.3 dB on 34,586 watts (paper cone limited at a 178 before it folds, score does not represent peak score on given power)

edit: if you use 1500rms as the rms for that sub, which it doesnt have one, but that is +2300% rated power of a regular XL

That wasn't an xl. It was one of the first neo prototypes
