bighossf150 Posted December 15, 2013 Report Posted December 15, 2013 ok so whats a "good" amp for clean 2000-2500 rms at 2 for a decent price? only amps i can think of that will do 2000-2500w at 2 ohms all day every day is the kicker zx2500, soundqubed 3500.1, crescendo 3500, and the ct sounds 2500. none of those are in your price range though. edit: or you can strap two soundqubed 1200's together and run them at 2 ohms. thats $540 right there, minus wiring and such. I was gonna say 2 aq 1200's strapped, cheapest you could do for 2k at 2 ohm, but I love my crescendo's, you could get a bc3500 for $780 and make that much at 2ohm, mine are tanks burped them at .25 ohm each dropping to 10v and they didnt protect like some fucking bosses yeah im not payin 700 for a amp fuck that.. but i do like this Q1-2200D but what dose this linked power mean "2 ohm Linked Power @ 14.4V @ 1% THD" $700 isnt bad, hell I have over $3500 worth of amps in my truck Used to have a loud truck 2009 Corvette Z06, H/C/I, 150 shot, g force tune, 730rwhp/690rwtq 2013 F-150 limited, MPT Tune, leveled on 35"s

Their like hifonics a mid tier line, a step up from boss, Pyle, power acoustics, but far away from a DC, Sundown, Crescendo, CT, Rockford ect if your going to run SQ or Fi subs why cheap out on the thing that powers them!?
