so it plays, i set the doors at 0db. theyre too quiet, have to figure that out. voltage is pretty good for 5k on stock, but cant hold for long as you can see. subs sound kind of weird, like more punchy, i dont know if thats how DPs sound or maybe im just used to my Q. heard them bottom out or something, i dont know if its because subsonic is too low, or too much juice or the box. my gains at -5db might have to set it at 0db. when i gain matched them, i had to turn one down 1 click, was pretty sweet. have no fucking clue why they acting kinda weird. and i got some pretty nice engine noise coming from the drivers side 2500. gotta figure that shit out too. just kinks to work out i guess. i really need my alt so i can do more testing.

on to the pleasant stuff, makes your throat hurt, feels like it moves a decent amount of air, just gotta wait til get all to do more testing.

As you would imagine my voltage is pretty shit. About 70% of my lc1 is about as far as I go if I wanna listen for more than 15 seconds. Door sound really clean, still gonna mess with the gain. Im confused about the subs. Im so scared to do like low 30s full tilt. Something just doesn't sound right and it looks like they're gonna fly out ahha. I don't know if there's a problem or my inexperience with a system like this is making me paranoid. Box is tuned to 35 so playing 30 shouldn't be a problem I think.

Ive heard them bottom out a few times or at least that's what I think, its why im worried. can smash low 40s like a mother fucker though. I hope alt comes soon, I gotta lot of testing to do. I shouldn't have thrown out my old pillows. So I could makeshift seal it just to see.

So I have the subs wired to the speaker outputs. Both pos on one and both negs on one. Amp sees one ohm. I rewired it so each sub wire went to its own output. Subs popped when I turned it on. Alt noise out of the doors and deck was fucking squealing lmao. Rewired it back to how it was. Pioneer deck if it matters. When I unplugged the 2 channel rcas everything shut up. Subs still pop a little when I turn it off. Everything is grounded up front. Guess might have to redo or something. I don't know whats going on heh.

Re run wires... Or maybe change your RCAs... I try to keep my rcas from any and everything electronic until it gets closer to the amps obviously... Also check your grounds! I'm not a pro, but if I got noise, those would be the first things I would check! When I do me rebuild with 4k, Power and Ground will be under the car and the RCAs will STILL be ran on the opposite side in the interior lol Better safe then sorry! But if you have any speaker wires or RCAs close to the power wire, you can get all types of noise!
