S15_Silvia
Holy mother of rice Yeah I disagree with its styling. But it does the Nurburgring in under 8:00 so at least some of that is functional. You don't do the Ring in under 8 by accident. Thankfully, the US-spec one coming out looks different... 2016 Subaru BRZ | Sony XAV-AX100 | Rockford Fosgate DSM 4080 & DSM 40ix | On 6/6/2012 at 6:32 PM, 'LZTYBRN' said: 3. boom50cal
this thing sucked so much fucking dick to get mounted. but it will be so much fun. Car is either an 11 or 13, idk idgaf, 5.0 track pack Kona blue. BBK Longtubes, offroad x-pipe w/ full 3 inch, cat and resonator deletes, American Muscle hardened axles, ID1000 injectors, and a Paxton Novi 2200 @ 10.5lbs to start. Stick car too, will be getting McCleod RXT clutch after the blower is finished and oil picks back up some. yurvalentine
Sounds like a killer setup. Those Novi blowers don't fuck around, I wouldn't mind one for my car.
boom50cal
should be ~700whp when all is said and done on good fuel. That thing sucked ass to get to that point. Actually mounting the blower and bracketry only took about 2 hours max, but all the little fab work took all day long. yurvalentine
Did you use a kit? Or does Paxton even make kits?
boom50cal
it was a kit from Beefcake racing. lol @ the name. They were very helpful with my buddy. $6800ish iirc. Has EVERYTHING included. Clamps, brackets, belts, hoses. you name it, everything short of tools. http://www.teambeefcakeracing.com/1001863sl-p.html pretty sure its that one. plus the IDMAX id1000 injectors and the boosta-pump unit. yurvalentine
Very cool. Well I'm excited to see some more on that car, I love coyote stangs
boom50cal
I'm excited to try and get it finished up tomorrow There's a base tune included. Chances are, if we get the kit done tomorrow, we will make a trip down to dallas to get it dyno tuned thursday or friday. There's a lot of little random parts that he also ordered with the kit, like the TSS billet oil pump gears. Note, if you ever end up getting a coyote car and want to S/C it, get a stick car. There's extra fabrication required for the auto cars since the tranny cooler lines are in the way On 1/4/2013 at 9:31 PM, HatersGonnaHate said: Wow. 184 posts and I think you're a fucking asshole.
