techaninna Posted March 8, 2008 Author Report Posted March 8, 2008 Thanks for the welcome this site is the best Car audio forum ever. Yup man its all Knu install 1/0 gear. As far as the box I still need to do a little more measuring and calculating, You see the back seat slopes so I'm not sure if I want the subs to slope at same degree or straight up and down. I've been using WinISD to help me with estimates on box size and port size, anyone use this program? Rebuild coming soon

techaninna Posted March 24, 2008 Author Report Posted March 24, 2008 Ok so I started my enclosure used Titebond III it seems like good glue but dries white and I mean white. After plenty on reading and watching box builds on here I did the Pilot hole>Counter sink>Screw Being that I don't have a circle jig I rigged up a piece of plywood to a hand router then tested it on a piece of scrap. Past boxes I would just draw a circle then jigsaw it<<<< sloppy... I think my cutout came out ok. I know it looks like I wasted alot of glue. Rebuild coming soon
