MECHMAN Posted January 18, 2014 Report Share Posted January 18, 2014 The nuts were loose on the 300 amp fuse holder, no question. Just re-do the cable with a new fuse holder and make sure the set screws on the fuse holder are tight and you should have zero problems. Or, just leave the stock wiring in place and remove the 1/0 gauge cable. 1/0 gauge cable is WAY overkill for a stock 80 amp alternator, and is probably not helping you at all. 1-888-MECHMAN www.Mechman.com [email protected] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
