FI 4 life Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 So I have two 15" DC subs in a 4th order on a DD M2b with Stinger ALternater under hood. I'm running on 14 volts with a rear battery on amp. I've done replaced amp, RCA's, and all wires. Still nothing. Most often I press my gas pedal and amp goes into protect mode. And when I turn my bass knob up half way amp goes into protect??? Subs wired to 2 ohms. In my old vehical I had everything at .7 and had no heating or anything bad. Please help. No one can solve my problem. Subs are good and coils are brand new.on regular 12 volt power I don't have the issue.
