throttle98 Posted February 13, 2014 Report Posted February 13, 2014 Hello. I purchased the Incriminator Audio I80.1 amp when it first came out. Now I am needing to get a car or truck more suited for snow. I have this amp that can push ~15k watts at 19v. Which leads me to my next point...I need room. It would be nice having a rear seat. IF a rear seat is out of the question I would just get a 4.0 cherokee and wall it. I have around 10k to spend on a car/truck. my woofer options are: 6 Zv.4's, 4 team fi's or something along those lines. Ive been looking at durangos, and explorers, and some trucks but am worried I will not have enough room for a box plus a rear seat. Let alone their maintenance at a higher mileage. Any suggestions or threads you can point me towards? Thanks

I was about to buy a 370 amp dc power alternator but it took them a month and a half and I finally told him to cancel it. Im having trouble finding any videos of anyone with a back seat. Now I have: the big 3 cheap power bastards 220 amp alternator 2 3100d xs power batteries 12v 1 kinetic 1800 12v 1 kinetic 1400 12v 2 dc 12" xl's that I have blown twice now. and my lovely incriminator audio i80.1

Plenty of room for everything, multiple alt configs available, helper bag kits availible, motors/transmissions are fairly cheap and plentiful. throttle98 Posted February 13, 2014 Author Report Posted February 13, 2014 Sorry if I'm unclear. I didn't want to put a huge post as the first post and not have anyone comment. All my equipment was for my Taurus. I was going to run it at 14v and try to squeeze 4 sundown zv 4's in a 4th order that had to be built in the trunk. It turns out I'm moving to the mountains and need something better for the snow which put my Taurus build on hold. I am well aware of the cost of the electric, the cost of the mids/tweets and what not. I have wasted lots of money on the Taurus including lotttsss of Alpha Damp, boxes, woofers ect. I have money put aside for that and a car. It's just I snowboard a lot and will be taking the highway into the rocky mountains a lot and want to be able to make it. My 3 goals are to make it through snow (which I will have a set of snow tires), fit a huge woofer box, and preferably a back seat to throw my snowboard in, since it will fly off the roof if I had my woofers on.
