I mean, why aren't the utility companies stringing it from pole to pole? After all, it's cheaper . . . gr8handogoatness Posted March 12, 2014 Report Posted March 12, 2014 OP, you could use a smaller gauge ofc in place of a larger CCA. I could be wrong but I am thinking that you pay about the same for the same current carrying capabilities. I try to keep everything out of sight so smaller ofc is what I would rather do, slightly easier to hide.
