Been a while i made a lot og progress on my box. took the time to sand it down to 400 grit and then primed it

this is the rear panel painted and clear coated... needless to say i need a lot more practice before i am ready for my doors

Dropped the subs in and it looks like this

I went and hooked up my amp to make sure it would work because the box would not fit with the top so if it didn't work i would be screwed!! on its all slopped together but it did work! Running it at 2 ohms planning on getting another 1400 soon and slaving it. Everything was a success!! It sounded pretty good to be free air but afterwards i quickly removed all the cables because If i keep it connected i know i will wanna listen

next step is assembling a base floor then false floor not to mention continue sanding my doors

lots of good progress today... damned typhoon had me inside for the past few days then the clean up... but today sound deadened the back seat area

Managed to get a yellow top from a friend of mind you used a battery minder so its good as new coupled with my oddyssey pc 1700

actually connected everything still temporary as i plan to get another oddyssey and clean up the cables as well as build a base and false floor

Still lots of work to do but i do have some bass even thought they aren't getting the necessary power in due time they will btw lesso learned when clamping put something between the clamp and wood smh

Looking really good... The back of your box looks absolutely sick with the SQ logo. Where did you get that done? And how much? (If you don't mind me asking)

Thanks i got them laser cut at a facility over it was like $15

Had to transport some wood for my base floor... the struggle is real even used some old rca cable i had lol

aside from that still sanding down my doors at this point I think carpetting is in my future perhaps I was a little too overzealous for my first build
