It's loud and clear but I noticed it does pick up a bit of engine noise which my JL didn't. It's weird because it's all the same cables and everything just swapped amps. Other than that it sounds great! I'm looking at getting one for my mid/highs, but I planned to put mine under my seat, so Hopefully that help isolate the noise. I've gone back and forth with what I want to do build wise so much its crazy LOL...
