What route you gonna do? million dollar question. first step is to extend close to them with wood. then go from there. thinking foam?? idk was thinking for the top to shove shove some foam(not spray) between wall and headliner. i can get a buffer between the 2 easily... should have added that prior to building.,

Sealing is gonna be a tough one if you want to be able to return it to stock one day. Could glass it to the pillar like you would for a trunk tub, if that makes sense. That way you can remove it from the pillar. Just an idea I had, might work my imagination exceeds my skill level. It's like rubbing your wiener up against a sheep.

fox_racin4 Posted May 29, 2014 Report Posted May 29, 2014 Painters tape over whole pillar. Painters tape on box where you want to attatch too. Glue flease (hot glue) to box on tape. Streach to pillar, glue to pillar. Then glass to that. Once you get a layer or 2 on it it will be strong enough to remove it Then just build it up from there o however thick.
