MrSkippyJ
no need to run separate. That's another popular myth. You should be ok. when I use cheap walmart rca's I have gotten interference from my 12v wires, actually right not I am using the wire that a local shop put in my truck and my alpine pdx 4ch whines, could be different with high current wires though that isn't your RCAs being ran next to your power wires. Mine are all together behind my box and no noise. I have $10 radio shack specials for RCAs. meade916
just curious...if you have to separate them, how do you plan on keeping it away from the biggest power wire in the car, the chassis? I know i know, i too for years bought into it. It's ok. Sometimes, even knowing something is a myth, i am still set in my ways and do it how i have always done it. Honestly though, you should be able to zip tie your rca to your power wire and be good. Not saying i would do that though . I just gave up on responding to those who argue rcas can't be anywhere near power wires. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
