truthsayer Posted May 1, 2014 Report Share Posted May 1, 2014 I would have gone with the clarion if the display wasn't so ugly... PRS 80 or DEH x9600bhs I second the SQ compliment on the 9600. Never owned a clarion head unit only the EQ which was good but the new Pioneer has very good SQ better than the clarion EQ I would say. I just wanted to say on the subject of the Clarion HU being ugly. That couldn't be farther from the truth. While in the photos they dont seem to attractive, in person they look very nice. Photos do not do it justice. Cant go wrong with the clarion. Easy to use, reliable, perfect brightness and superb SQ.
