If it is the red top Stinger SP1000 you can get it on eBay for cheaper then that.

And here in Reno at Audio Express they charged my friend $1200 for a shitty boston 10 in .75 cube box, an eclipse amp, wiring and labor for 1200. And my friend Christian was charged $1800(With his friends "discount" even) for 2 12" P3's in a pre-fab, an amp, wiring and labor, for $1800!!

Places are outrageous.

-(4) Infinity Kappa 680.7cs 5x7"

-1 XStatic BatCap Model 300

-2 18" DC LVL 4's

-Amps are undecided

you kids bitching about shop prices amaze me.

Im laughing out loud right now.

If you want ebay prices, warranty, and service then buy it on ebay.

If you want a full warranty, in town customer service, then pay the man.

Ace Audio has been around since I was a teenager. Early 90's I know..Probably opened up in the 80's... As far as all those prices go. That is not a bad price. Just like Ray said. You want in town service, and ease of warranty buy local. I can't lie though I haven't bought from an audio store in years. THE REASON BEING, It is either Kicker or Sony where I am from. Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with those brands, but where I am from that is all people have. I wanted to step out of the box and buy something different. Thats why I went with FI, American Bass and Powermaster...But Ace Audio is a reputable shop.

You'll still be ripped off if you buy online.

When you buy retail, they should help you out with installing everything, get a good shop/manufacture warranty, and you get it all in the same day you look at it.

When you buy online, who's going to help you out if your friends don't know jackshit about stereos? Who's gonna help you out if the equipment you bought online (unauthorized online dealer) breaks?
