You're not really gonna notice a difference on just 200 watts more rms if you're just trying to tune for the woofer's max rms rating. I wouldn't run much more than rated to these too they'll last way longer if you just run rated power. john253a Posted May 15, 2014 Report Share Posted May 15, 2014 There is nothing wrong with the amp you have Your going to drop $500 for 200rms You will see no didferance in the way it performs Spend that 500 and get the hdc315 or 4 Then get a bigger amp hds3 q1-1200 @1ohm Hdc3 q1-2200 @1ohm Hdc4 q1-3500 @1ohm It's that simple 1000 to 1200 next to nothing You'll see more if a gain in a new correct built box Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
