Friday night I had to stop after the tie rod ends cuz it got to 10 degrees and I couldn't feel my feet. Finished up at around 6 tonight..... and I managed to pick up this lil guy on ebay for cheap.... I don't know how the hell you've been working in a non heated garage. This has been the coldest February we've had since 1912 (no everyone I'm not just pulling that out of my ass it's recorded) which as far as I'm concerned Is the coldest of all time because I don't care about the February they had in 1912. But on top of 105" of snow and temperatures from -10 to 20 degrees everyday you are a trooper for getting out there and putting in work. As I've said let me know if you need a hand with anything audio related when you get there. Unless it's still this cold, then don't. Definitely waiting till it warms up to do anything glass related, but I'm gonna try my best to do everything else until then. I just ordered some techflex for the 0 gauge under the hood so I'm waiting to send the wiring to the backseats. Hopefully then I can start getting amps in and some sound again. Been procrastinating the shit out of those SA recones too. Seems like the car fought me the whole time....from one o2 sensor being wrong, to the other being seized. I finally got it out today, and was able to throw the new one in. Ended up splitting it in half with my cut-off and getting it with a breaker. I just hope it solves my CEL code and doesn't turn out to be the cat...again. other than that, I did manage to do a little of this..... batteries aren't 100% wired yet.....I found out that those bullshit fuse blocks are made out of the thinnest plastic ever soooo.....I decided not to use them.....? (the nice way of saying I hucked one at the wall after easily bending the plastic base.) They were mildly expensive too....Lost a little respect for Metra today. BUT, just ordered a pair of SHCA fuse blocks to use instead.....good old fashioned ring terminal blocks. Hopefully will be getting some sound by the end of the week.
