SP4 15 enclosure

Recommended Posts

Cuts need to be very accurate or there will be leaks and other issues, my suggestion is to look for someone to help you with the woodworking, this is the kind sub that will challenge a box build quality.

I think any store selling MDF sheets needs to have a table saw, you just need to do some research, have the large cuts done there and then with just a jigsaw, wood glue, MDF screws and a few other things you can complete the project yourself.

I plan to run my SP4 in 3.2 cuft tuned to 32 Hz with only 1800 watts RMS. . .

Current system:

1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s

Previous systems:

2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz.

1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.
