MatthewBigBossWilliams
Any suggestions on what tools I need for this? I am in Germany so it makes it a bit more difficult to actually cut wood here.
timc31610
At a minimum a circular saw with a straight edge and a jig saw. Lots of good glue and some clamps. Joe X
Cuts need to be very accurate or there will be leaks and other issues, my suggestion is to look for someone to help you with the woodworking, this is the kind sub that will challenge a box build quality. MatthewBigBossWilliams
Germany does not house those guys unless they work for shops. The shop wants to charge 250 euro which is $340 for the box. If that is a good deal versus me trying this out on my own let me know. Otherwise I will save my money for another amp down the line. Joe X
I think any store selling MDF sheets needs to have a table saw, you just need to do some research, have the large cuts done there and then with just a jigsaw, wood glue, MDF screws and a few other things you can complete the project yourself.
