TaylorFade
Try 1.5cf with 2lbs of polyfill.
Quiet
Soundqubed subs like big boxes. But sealed boxes aren't like ported, varying the enclosure volume +/- 50% won't make a huge difference in sound, but bigger is better. You are going to lose low end extension vs ported, and it will sound tighter, maybe too tight. 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud. Polyfill = pillow stuffing Having had sealed boxes and ported, ported always sounded like it hit harder, but sealed has a flatter response curve. Just depends on what your priority is. 2015 Toyota Tacoma Build Thread 2007 Mazda 3; 5000K HID's, Kenwood Excelon KDC-X997, Infinity Reference 6.5 comps in front and coaxials in the rear doors, JL 320.4 four channel, Rab Designs built ported enclosure with an SA12, Kenwood monoblock, Redline Leater shift boot/e-brake boot/center console cover, JBR short shifter/shifter bushings/rear motor mount. slowfkncar
It will definitely sound better. And if your ported box is tuned in the 40's,then you will have louder subsonic bass in a sealed. Tighter, less audible distortion. Be prepared though, when you want to get beat up by spl,its not gonna be there.

Here's it, kind of a waste of time output wise, there's also SQ oriented ported boxes but these are output oriented subs. You can get poly-fill on walmart.
