LOC killing RCA Voltage *Pulling hair out*

I have been troubleshooting for weeks now, so excuse my multiple posts as I narrow down the problem. I have an 2005 Acura TL that I have integrated a 4 channel amp in there. Therefore, there are many components in the equation and I have the factory amplifier still installed to boost signal for LOC.

So this is what I CONFIRMED. I tested the voltage of the pre (factory) amp leads and the voltage of output of factory amp. And here are the results:

Pre-Amp:
wht/yel (Left Rear) .06-.07 VAC
org/red (Right Rear) .06-.07 VAC
grn/blue (Left Front) .04 VAC
gry/blk (Right Front) .03 VAC

[spec is supposed to be 1v @ 40/40 while playing 1khz coming from headunit/radio]

Factory Amp Output:
Green: 2.3 VAC
Purple: 2.3 VAC
Grey: 7.7 VAC
White: 8.2 VAC

After passing through LOC:
All channels no more than 1.8 VAC at the RCA coming out of the LOC

I have the 4ch line out converter by PAC soem-4. I have adjusted the switches to RCA and Wired input, and Wired and RCA output. I think since it is a high signal coming into the LOC, I get the best output voltage when I have them both on RCA for input and output source, but it is still low. This is all causing my Aftermarket amp in the trunk to give very low output voltage even after adjusting gains up and down.

Now the question is, why is my LOC diminishing the voltage by that much? Given my radio isn't at spec, but the LOC is looking terrible right now. IMO....note this is all conducted at 40/40 volume with 1khz test tone playing.

Why not try a different LOC like AudioControl ? Each model typically has a very wide range of Iinput voltage sensitivity (200mv-8v) and a high outyput voltage. I'm using a Cleansweep with OEM head unit and its strong

test your voltage at a couple of points of volume, most likely the factory amp has a plateau in the response. if so you'll need a DSP like the PS8 or 360.3 to get a linear response.

Well, it doesn't have to be that model. Someone was selling a used LC6 on this forum. You can buy LC6 on amazon for around a $100. In this hobby, a hundo is pretty cheap.

I don't get any RCA voltage at 30/40 volume for whatever reason. If I tap into the preouts of the factory amp, I get 0v even with it at 40/40. The system has worked fine before. One of my channels took a crap, now all these problems.

I know, but having purchased a brand new amp, LOC, and just ordering a new radio is alot of money for something that worked flawlessly a few months ago.

You say you ordered a new radio? Then your problem should be solved with the preouts of the new radio...yeah?

What If I just splice some RCAs from the factory amp output and connect them to the aftermarket amp?
