aero port in flat wall?

I have a 2005 chevy silverado half ton, I'm doing a b pillar wall with 8 ten inch rockford p2d210s ran off of two rockford t1000's, and I was thinking about using a single 8 inch aero port with a depth of 6 inches long. The box dimensions are 38 high, 50 wide, 14 deep, total box volume of 9.85 cubes tuned to 34hz.

Does anyone see any issues with my box design or have any additional input on anything about my box design?

I never use a round port that is less than 10". I get port noise or chuffing all the time. You should look into increasing your port area to get a little more length. I'm not saying you will have port noise but it's too dependent on too many other variables.

Two 8" ports would be about 100 sq in of port area, for what you want to do that should work well. They will have to be about 20" long though.

Just go sealed if you plan on putting that many subs of that size and type. It will sound better than an enclosure with inadequate port area. If you want to go ported, start subtracting the number of subs you want to run, maybe run just 4-6

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

For the money you would spend on those subs you can get 1-2 subs that will be louder and cleaner sounding imo.

singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
