u dont c anything shaking around cus i have a shity phone camera and i only had radio volume on 20 and max is 60

that doesnt mean anything. you can tune a system to perform its best at 20 OR 60.

i asked my uncle to come look at it cus he works for pioneer and he did all the measuring and he said it was 9 cu .ft so believe him

Going from your measurements you provided, your box is around 5-7cubes big...

i have 4 boss tw 18 tweeters 2 pioneer tweeters in the doors and four pioneer 4x6 speakers 2 in front in center console and 2 in rear doors and 2 pioneer 6 1/2

that's more believable. still big...and iffy...but i'd take that over 16
