So 1500-2000 will be good for a single X 12 and they can take more. I froze the coil on an x15 I borrowed from a friend in just 30 minutes on 2600 clamped, yes it was smelly before it went. Also tore the surround on a zv4 on 5k clamped, yes it got pretty fucking hot playing for a while. The only sundown that I owned that was hard to blow was the nsv2. Never played with a v3 yet.
