I started putting white masonite inside of the enclosure to get it looking nice

Then I loaded the subs for a test fit

Then it was time for bracing because I knew just double layer wouldnt be strong enough.

Bought some 3/16s flat bar thats 4 inches wide and grinded it all shiny. Owner wanted a kind of a rough brushed steel look.

then we drew out some triangles to cut into, and marked out for 3 holes to get drilled in each triangle for a total of 60 holes

so all 3 of us got out the drills and went ham lol

Then we cut a bunch of steel tubing at 45 degree angles after we grinded down the tube also

then we clear coated the braces that we made. 10 braces total.

then i tapped threads in to the top of 4 of them.

Then we got the plexi!!! 3/4 inch thick plexi with an engraved CNC F-150 logo on it. We sanded the inside to give it the frosted look
