MrBigs63'
They are ok for what they are. They didn't overly impress me, but they sound plenty decent. I am talking about the oval ones by the way. IMO subs should just not be shapes other than round. Hard on the components.
walledkota
I'm just trying to figure out a couple 4ohm svc15s to hook up to my amp. I came across some Boston acoustics 15s and they should pair nicely with my crappy amp. Oh an I agree a sub is supposed to be round not square oval or any other shit
slowfkncar
Actually, you will be really surprised at the oval spg555. On chart, its sound quality is better then alot of Sound quality oriented woofers.,especially in sealed enclosures.

Ssa icon,idQ,daytons,Vanadiums.... the list goes on. I read the article on autosound mag i think, and personally seen the comparison sheets from our boston rep before they went out of buisness. I have been into sq for a long long time. One benefit of being mecp certified for over a decade and still installing, actually i am at work now lol. Yes jl makes nice woofers, but they dont make shit in comparison for the money you spend. The spg is a pretty good sounding woofer, blends nice with your front stage, dry and transparent in a sealed enclosure, bandwidth galore also! Too bad the coils are weak..
