Larry BigCountry Posted October 17, 2014 Report Posted October 17, 2014 Is mechman's 240 amp alt the biggest or best alt for 2004 Ford Explorer 4.0sohc? anyone have an explorer running a different one?
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted October 17, 2014 Report Posted October 17, 2014 Not sure if it's the biggest available for your application but biggest is not always the best. That being said Try hitting up singer and DC power to see what they offer as well. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
CJ18 Posted October 17, 2014 Report Posted October 17, 2014 Larry I am showing a 270A unit available for your application. If you have any questions or need any help purchasing a Mechman alternator please let me know and I would be glad to assist you.
