I will say this, there is a big difference in regular breathing and trying to breath in a panic state. When your taking shallow breaths and 3 or 4 people holding you down it is going to be bad. If you re-watch the video watch Eric's hands you can see they were twitching bad. I guarantee he was unconscious at that point for lack of oxygen. This guy should have been fired already. A man was brutalized in a Harlem train station. A 16-year-old with his hands in the air was pistol whipped by an officer in Brooklyn. A man was beaten in the Bronx after simply asking why he was questioned. A rookie officer "accidentally" shot and killed 28-year-old Akai Gurley in a Brooklyn stairewll.
