Amart88 Posted December 16, 2014 Report Share Posted December 16, 2014 I have the same Alternator and harness. The "Blue" wire goes to a switched 12v source so the battery light will not come on. Nothing to do with voltage control with this harness. OP, Id say the regulator is the issue. Contact Mechman and don't use the alternator. My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.
